Since we've been deep into spoiler territory with all the content I've stopped posting, but here's some interesting stuff.

Interview with the development team about the original trilogy and getting ready to make Andromeda:

Minius has a pretty good breakdown on the tech abilities:

The reviews for Andromeda are out now and most of them seem positive, the biggest problem they have all mentioned is the animations which has effected all the games in some way so that isn't a deal breaker for me but might turn some people away. Well I'm still looking forward to getting finally getting my hands on the game later this week.

I have not put much time into the game but if you want to skip awkward facial animations there's a option to have your helmet always on as equipped. From what I can tell the gameplay/gunplay animations are silky smooth.

So what builds has everyone been running?
I've stickednto pure biotics at the moment with three profiles.
Adept: Singularity, Throw and Pull for long range encounters
Adept: Charge, Nova and Shockwave for close to mid where I need breathing room
Adept: Backlash, Anihaltion field Charge for close combat when I want to tank it up.

I typically run the Cryo gauntlet for the freeze snap and tech combos with either the standard Dhan Shotgun/Falcon grenade launcher and always the Enforcer msg with the eclectricty/disruptor Aug.

I basically wreck shield leaving people open to my biotic powers. I'm thinking of respecing though to try out some of the other powers. Now I unlocked that tech power I want to create a tech construct build. Maybe spec so I have one biotic profile and one tech based.

Because of how lacking the squad control is/synergy between squad makes I'm thinking about what builds will make combat more offecient. As it stand I basically have to prime and detonate everything myself so I'm thinking a tech construct build would be good as it adds another primer to the mix.

Omg I wrote an entire post but my session had expired so I lost it when I tried to post...
LET'S TRY THIS AGAIN

In the early game I ran a Sentinel with Pull / Overload / Push. Overload ripped apart shields on 2-4 enemies and then I combo'd them with Pull and Push.

I'm level 27 now and have more points at my disposal so I've been respec'ing and playing around with new builds. Current Profiles are:

Sentinel: Singularity / Tactical Cloak / Energy Drain
Adept: Pull / Tactical Cloak / Push
Sentinel: Pull / Energy Drain / Push
Adept: Pull / Singularity / Push

Singularity is my general-purpose primer, though I'm torn between it and Shockwave.
Pull and Push are both upgraded to affect 2 enemies.
Energy Drain is similar to Overload. I've upgraded it to chain 1-4 enemies, rip apart shields, and reinforce my own shields.
Tactical Cloak gives me mobility to pursue mission objectives and recharge my skills without pressure.

I've been using the semi-auto assault rifle L-89 Halberd I. It wasn't crafted so it lacks augs but it does decent damage and has zero recoil so I can land every shot. Hoping to find a blueprint for it at some point.

As far as squadmates go I've also noticed that they struggle to prime and detonate. PeeBee especially tends to use Pull on enemies that I've already used Pull on. Cora is a little better at detonating my primers. I tend to run PeeBee and then whoever feels appropriate for the mission.
I messed with Duce and got banned. laugh at my expense...

So, I'm level like 31 i think? Around there, my current set up is heavily favoring the infiltrator(?) perk, and I'm mostly sniping.

I currently have a crafted Black Widow that is insane, and a SMG (Can't remember the name) for if they get up close.

I mainly use my cloak, along with the fire skill and the impact shot to prime and detonate.

My teamates I'm running Cora and PeeBee so they usually prime on their own, and they are running in the enemy's and I just sit back and pick. The only issue I have is killing armored targets, or Destroyer Elites.

I'm using Charge, Nova, and Pull, and went with all the melee upgrades. I use the Asari sword. I haven't tried most of the other melee wepons, but the asari sword has pretty long range, and you teleport around, which i'm pretty sure prevents you from being damaged sometimes.

I rarely use my wepons, but they are the Mattock AR, and some sniper which I forget the name of. The sniper is useful for big bosses that I don't wanna get super close to, and for letting me charge at people from longer distances.

As far as squadmates go, I too use PeeBee and whoever seems appropriate. Which seems to be Jaal a lot.
When I grow up to be a Waterfall, I'm gonna wear a helmet.

I'm level 36 or 37. I'm primarily an Adept with Singularity, Throw, and Pull maxed. I took all the upgrades that do more damage against shields and am heavily invested in biotics.

I have charge and have a vanguard profile, but I often forget to use it. Same for the infiltrator profile with tactical cloak, overload, and incinerate.

I'm mostly using a black widow and relevant right now. Was using a biotic amp for melee until I found an asari sword V.

I've been respec'ing myself into bankruptcy

Switched out Singularity for Shockwave, working much better for my style of play.

I'm torn between Overload and Energy Drain. Overload decimates shields, while Energy Drain only takes them down about 50%. However, Energy Drain basically completely restores my shields in the middle of combat which is incredibly useful

Also just found out there's a skill in Biotics that increases how much weapon weight you can carry, hello assault + sniper

My party normally consists of Vetra and Drack and I constantly get Tech combos because of Dracks incinerate which he uses quite frequently and Verras Concussive shot. With my priming and detonating biotics it's just great.

Am playin a Biotic Samurai using a Asari sword biotics works really well once you have at least a couple of points in combat fitness plus Charge helps close those gaps and the recharge is unreal with pistols and below the cool down limit anything below the blue stupidly fast

I'm still very low level, I think about 15? but I have almost all of my points invested into biotics. Push, Pull, and Singularity. With the right perks and CDR you can get two Pushes into 1 Singularity for a TON of damage.

My weapons are constantly changing so I am not sure what I would even have on right now. Currently I'm running with an SMG pistol and a modded sniper that does some NICE damage. I prefer long range combat and combo'ing myself. Haven't really played around with many squad comps at this point but its something I would like to do. I'm also very excited about trying different profiles as different enemies call for different specs.

Going from shielded, armored, bio, tech etc really puts a damper on my efficiency.
