^ would like to do the same but I have to catch up on Mistborn D:
anyway, I just wanted to let out some thoughts here. This guy, Sanderson, I can't really put it into words correctly but I love his writng style, i mean I have read alot books before from alot different authors but he sets himself apart for many reasons. I really like his take on magic, character developement, villains, psychology of his characters, the philosophical questions he puts into his books, the subliminal critic and showcasing of todays governments, society, lifestyle, just everything. The Plot twists never seem to be boring or too much out of the blue there's always a good reason for them. There are so many little storiy threads going on at once and an answer to one mostly sparks more questions. It's incredible how he creates so many partys of different political interests without making them look dumb. I love how he can let every character have his inner monolouge, fears, questions...well personality.
I saw in english the Throne heir of Wager is called Elend, funny enough is that in german he is called Elant because Elend is a german word for misery.
Ok in here are major spoilers for the end of "Final Empire"
