I've heard, though I have not seen the video myself to confirm this, that 343 will be drastically reducing the number of playlists in the coming months not only for Halo 3 but also for Reach. The reasoning being the usual streamlining, fear of spreading the population too thin, and taking up time/money/space that could be put towards H4 or at the very least managed better.

If anyone can find a link to a video where Frankie discusses this feel free to post but I'm using an old Work Computer and it doesn't have speakers so I'm not going to bother trying to search.

I was planning on doing that too. But couldn't find any peoples to party up with on it for more than 1 or 2 of the games.

That's a good idea, but I need to pick up a copy of CEA. Don't have my old CE anymore anyway.

Doesn't ODST come in around Halo 2-ish time or after? (if we were to be playing in the order of which they actually happen)

I posted the play order in my last post. I think I'll open another thread for this quest.
