Hey all it's Evil from OcR, checking in to see if you guys would be interested in a mixer soon? Some customs, MM, whatever.

OcR LouieBlack is our coordinator for this type of thing, I want to try and get him chatting with the HWM coordinator and maybe we can get a game night going like old times.

I would love to mix with OcR. I will likely handle coordination.

I think it would be fun to do some fun customs to break the ice and get our people laughing together again, then we could run some BTB mixers if there are a lot of us. I know OcR plays a lot of BTB these days and we could use some coaching there as it's been a frustrating playlist for us.

I'd also like to familiarize you guys with our Warzone System. We want to share it with other clans so that everyone can enjoy having 12 of their people together consistently.

We're rockin our partyup system pretty hard right now, so as long as you guys can find a day/time we should be able to make it work. Best days are typically Tue/Thur/Sun after 830pm Est

We could do next Thursday night, we need a day or two to get people onboard. Approximate time? Around 8:30 pm would be good for us.

8:30 Eastern is our typical start time for our events. If you're confident about it, Evil, you or I could throw up the event on our calendar. You just make a new thread in the events forum and fill out the calendar form there.

I'd like you or your coordinator to make the thread so you can edit the OP as needed. I'm an admin here so I can add/reformat as needed.
