was playing spartan ops tonight with a couple of buddies and when drop ships were coming in the covies they were dropping were pint sized... like elites the size of a pistol magazine... hard as hell to splatter but fun. jackals at least you could see cus of the sheilds. i even got jacked and it looked like the ghost was driving itself. but sadly i cant find an option to save the film... was Pineappling hilarious

...which begins to explain why this happens in the first place: it's a virtual trick of the eye - used by the game to change the size of enemy models when they are entering/exiting levels - gone wrong.

This might explain what happened in a Spartan Ops game a while back. What it LOOKED like was sentient weaponry was attacking us from the ground...running around and shooting but no enemies. Maybe they were just....TINY?!

This happened to Wheels, Oboe, & I a couple weeks ago. Really did look like it was just weapons running around. Very funny.
