Invasion is Red vs Blue now, for the reason UrbanSolder000 points out - players switch sides now in most variants of Invasion (though, like most things, that is configurable).

You seem to be forgetting that teams switch sides. In order for that to work, players have to be put on teams to keep score of which team won. Otherwise you'd end up with purple spartans and green elites.

I like the fact that Invasion is now round based...It was so frustrating trying to go in with a group of buddies and try to all be Spartans or Elites only to be split.

Yeah, that sucked. I think was because of how the ''Battle Bro'' thing worked. It was not a team of six, it was three teams allied with eachother. It's like going in with eight in Multi Team, you never know who you will be partnered with, only in Invasion you had ''allies'' and your friends could be on your team just as well they could be on the other team. Making everyone simply red and blue made that easier.

New Halo Reach Premium Theme is available on the Dashboard, for a small fee of 240msp. It was supposedly meant to be free, but it seems... they lied.

I have now replaced my Halo 3 Splatter Premium theme, with the new noble team one. Brilliant!
