Oooh... interesting.

The earlier one (the one in the screenshot) is chinese, but the one after it is in japanese. Both translate to "Rating". No surprise there.

The game with the japanese text had many of the players apparently located in Japan (or at least somewhere in Asia), so that's probably a partial explanation.
