ARM.
Used to be ODD, everyone thought it just said 000, so I just changed it to ARM for clarity.

Mine is RJ. I just randomly picked out 4 characters from the English language using a random number generator in excel. Surprisingly it picked space, R, J, space in that order. Coincidentally it also happens to be my name and my gamertag. It was approximately a 1/50 chance for each of of those characters to be chosen, which makes it even more surprising I didn't get a random set of characters that made absolutely no sense. People seem to make callouts to my callsign more frequently than others, so I guess thats a good thing. I think your callsign is a very scientific matter and can completely determine the outcome of a match.

Originally mine was "GNNR" to indicate that I was a gunner (this was my callsign in ODST too), however I was extremely disenchanted with my first few attempts at gunning in Reach and needed to laugh at something. So I made my callsign "HOST" because of all the whining you hear about host advantage. I thought it was funny, and I still kinda do.

As soon as I find something better I will consider switching it, but usually people call me "Bloody" anyway, which doesn't fit into four letters.

Dom, your's used to be B0RN which I thought was odd, so I like the change.

Mine is EURO, because I was born in europe, and it's easier to say in combat situations than EuroFox77.

Sarge's needs to be changed. SRGE makes me read Sarge. SARG makes me say "sarg" like a bloody dino.
I buy books like some people buy shoes.
