Never heard of Quietdrive until today but I saw a mention of them covering a Muse song on Facebook and I looked it up...

It's a very respectable cover of Uprising which they recorded on a whole album of covers.

I enjoy this Australian show called Please Like Me. They did a cover of Sia's Chandelier. It's a pretty cool song about destructive tendencies. Also, the video is fantastic.

Fresh Off the Boat has been so enjoyable, and this season when the oldest son experiences his first breakup, he ends up playing End of the Road by Boys II Men for most of the second half of the episode. The mom eventually breaks the CD and demands he comes to dinner, and because he's been listening to it so much, his brothers and dad begin singing the song at the dinner table.

Decided to watch some BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge clips today on youtube, which are always great because they bring someone in to do two songs. One is an acoustic version of one of their own songs, and another is generally an acoustic of another artists song.

Wolf Alice did a really good acoustic of their song Bros, and afterwards covered Years and Years song Desire.

I will say the people of your island tend to have a great reverence for music.

Yeah, I never noticed how significant it was that we had an entire off-topic forum devoted to music and how many posts we have about music.

I think it's because we run Warthogs. There's something about driving a hog that only music can properly convey.

In the words of Tom Petty, "Some days are diamonds; some days are rocks."

That makes sense. I have enjoyed the use of music in your highlights.

That's quite true. I think I will go through this section and give a little input on stuff.
I also want to review my own "High 5", just for shits and giggles and how much stuff changed. Maybe I will try to make a new one but that will be hard as F. since I own alot music now and my "musical horizon" grew alot since those 4 1/2 years. I feel like sharing unnessecary information with you all haha ;)

Back to topic: I sadly got no covers to share from what I heard lately that really impressed me .
