Soilwork - The Living Infinite

Sun Mar 17, 2013 6:03 pm

So, What Name mentioned in the New Music Thread that the melodic death metal band Soilwork was going to release a new album, "The Living Infinite," at the beginning of March. Welp, it's now the ides of March, and the album's been released. Haven't gotten to hear too many of the songs yet, but I can recommend "The Living Infinite I". Great guitar harmonies, in my humble opinion. Feel free to share your opinions on the album!

So to give Valk at least one reply I thought I will write one 2 years later.
I got the album too and listened it a couple times over the years. It's a solid Soilwork album for sure but not my favourite (that would be "Stabbing the Drama"").
It is a double album with 20 songs. I like the first CD more but the second got it jewels too. Coverartwork is very nice.

I think my fav. song is "Toungue". Great melodies and Guitar work. Drums are on point too.

Soilwork belongs to the group of the wider known Melodeath bands from Sweden. The others are "In Flames" ,"Dark Tranquillity" and "Amon Amarth" . So anyone who enjoys Soilwork could like these bands too.
