2 dark rum
1 southern comfort
1 lime
1 sugar syrup (might need a dash more depending on how sweet you like it)

stir in a tin and serve over ice in a small goblet with a swizzle stick


3/5 although it grew on me i wouldnt order it ever and a bit of a full on flavour, not a balanced mix alright tho.

Laughlyn's Rum n Coke

in a tumble glass add the following:

4-8oz. Sailor Jerry's Spiced Naval Rum**
juice of fresh squeezed half of a large lime (or about 3/4-1oz)
one moderate handful of ice cubes
fill with Coca-Cola or Cherry Coca-Cola by preference

give a swishes around with the knife you cut the lime with and enjoy.

A- rum is brand speciffic for me. Jerry is not only a 92 proof rum but is also distiller with a small amount of cherries for a nice smoothness I'm not used to in rums before this.

2- rum goes better when stored in freezer IMHO (notice the frost on the bottle), as it then needs no ice should you run out.

Sea- the 4-8 oz. Part... Yeah, about that. I start at 4oz and it seems totake longer and longer to pour 4 oz with each drink... So the 8oz part is a pure guesstimate.

4/5- 3.14/0 ... First part of that is what iguess it would rate without my obvious bias. Second part... While being mathematically impossible to obtain the second rating, that is what I give it after a few of these. Again this I'm my precise and personal mix, not for the weak of will of feint of stomach.

Black Half Cocktail

For people 2

3 brandy
1 Creme de Mure (blackberry liquer)
1 Creme de Cassis (blackcurrant liquer)
1/2 lemon juice
1/4 blue curacao
lemonade
handful of black berries (can be frozen)

mix all but lemonade and smush the berries with the flat end of a cocktail spoon and pour over lots of crushed ice in a tumbler, top up with a dash of lemonade and stir in.

Mint Julep

8 mint leaves
1/2 - 1 teaspoon caster sugar (depending on taste
splash soda or lemonade
crushed ice the more the better
3 shots of Bourbon

in a highball glass crush the mint and the sugar, add the dash of soda fill with crushed ice and pour over the whisky Dont stir it!
decorate with a sprig of mint



5/5 manly one this tastes awesome!

Blue Comet

2 vodka
1 brandy
1 blue curacao
1 framboise
blue berries
Creme de cassis

shake all but the berries and the cassis pour into a cocktail glass over crushed ice and the berries and pour the cassis over the back of a spoon down the side so it settles at the base.


4/5 looks awesome but nothing special on the flavour

Blueberry Mojito

3 light rum
1/2 fresh lime juice
8 mint leaves
8 fresh blueberries
1 tsp sugar
soda or lemonade

place all but the berries and lemonade in a glass and muddle it then place the berries in and crush a bit just to break the skin add lots of ice and top up with lemonade, stir with a swizzle stick and garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint

4/5 its an okay flavour but looks a bit weird, nice and all but i wouldnt make it again.

Strawberry Fields Basil Caipirinha

2 cachaça
strawberry puree(or 4 strawberries)
4 basil leavees
1 lime juice
1 sugar syrup

muddle then Shake ingredients with ice and pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with strawberry or lime.



4/5 new flavours but doesnt showcase the Cachaca very well, fruity basilly and dry

Rasta Mule

2 Cachaca
1/2 Lime Juice
Ginger Beer

pour the lime and Cachaca into a highball or a tumbler, over ice and a wedge of lime. Top up with Ginger Beer and stir.


5/5 bitter ginger sweet Cachaca is a great flavour.

Mojito Negro

2 Dark rum
1.5 lime juice
1 teaspoon of Dark brown sugar.
4 mint leaves
soda

place the lime mint and sugar in a collins/highball and muddle till the mint leaves have gone dark all over add a lot of ice and the rum and top up with soda stir well garnish with a sprig of mint.

Strawberry Jive

4 mint leaves
2 basil leaves
2 dashes lemon juice
2 strawberries
2 shots of gin
1 OJ
.75 sugar syrup


Muddle the leaves, strawbs sugar and lemon until well mushed, add the rest and shake with crushed ice pour out all into a cocktail glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
