Champagne Cooler

1 Brandy
1 Cointreau
2 dashes of Grenadine
1 dash of Bitters
chilled Champagne

place everything but the champagne in a champagne flute and top up with champagne then stir


awesome, little powerful 5/5!

Mudslide - Definitely an after dinner cocktail

Drinkers: Josh and Josh's mum

Ingredients: Equal measures of the following:
Kahlua
Irish cream
Vodka
Then get creative with decoration. I added a grating of Willy's Peruvian chocolate for effect



4/5 if had after dinner. Bit to sweet and creamy for an apperitif
2/3 of the HWM Josh Trifecta!

1/4 creme de cassis
1 splash maple syrup

shake with ice and serve in a cocktail glass



4/5 sweet and bitter consistent taste after dinner one tho, be careful with port guys, your faces will hurt in the morning.

Bloody Mary - Big Willy Style
This cocktail is like a meal in a glass
Drinkers: Josh and Josh's mum

Ingredients:
1 part lemon juice
3 parts vodka (Self made chocolate infused vodka is good but dont have any and cant afford it right now)
6 parts tomato juice
A good few splashes of Lee and perrins (worchester sauce)
Tobasco (Varying amonts depending on panchant for spice)
Pepper
A grating of Willy's 100% cocoa chocolate
Decoration:
Peice of celery
Lemon wedge
More of Willy's grated chocolate

2 vodka
1/2 blue curacao
1 creme de framboise(raspberry)
lemonade

pour over ice in a highball and top up with lemonade, stir gently



tasty fruity with a bit of a kick no sickly 5/5 its also black!!!

Income Tax Cocktail

Guest drinker was Hauts Gf

1 gin
1/2 sweet vermouth
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1 fresh orange juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Shake with ice and decorate with an orange wheel.



4/5 only if you like vermouth very traditional

début of the cocktail cabinet, ill take a picture of it properly when the tv cabinet arrives

its chintzy tacky and cost a fiver!

1.5 Disaronno Amaretto
1 good dash of Tabasco Sauce (add more if your feeling adventurious, remember some people eat spicyier food than others
3 Orange Juice

shake with ice serve in a cocktail glass, if you add more Tabasco, stir with a swizzle stick




5/5 spicy! but not weird in that respect, very tasty a real new one for me loved it.

Score = 3.5/5. You dont have to like Bombay Saphire gin to like this cocktail, as long as you like gin

3/5 not bad not great either avoid cheap rum when making this as it is a pervading flavour

shake with ice and serve over ice in a tumbler goes well through a straight short straw.



5/5 Daiquiris are the business!
sharp and sweet with passionfruit

place the midori, schnapps and tequila in a high ball or tumber over ice and stir, top up with more ice and passion fruit juice



5/5 not as sweet as you might think nice balanced taste and before you top it up with passion fruit, it looks radioactive!

(garnished with a slice of peach!)

So I figured that since we have a splatterkill drink for our anniversary, that we should make one for the beta. The best part is, you can use ANY of the drinks haut has in here already!

Step 1: Pick the most awesome drink you can find in this list.
Step 2: Install stuck pour spouts on your liquor bottles to slow the flow of alcoholic goodness to a trickle.
Step 3: Make sure to add a bomb (or grenade) of jaeger to overpower the rest of the awesome drink.
Step 4: Serve(r) in a chipped or broken glass.

Enjoy!
