I've been in this "I'm having tacos every Tuesday" for the foreseeable future kind of mood - not sure why. This week, Swordfish tacos with an overnight pickle of radish, red onion, and cucumber (pink taco):

Although I don't post much in this thread I still look at all your posts which inspire me to cook things I wouldn't normally make

I'm glad it makes you want to cook new things. Also, fish tacos are always a good idea. Most common type is a deep fried cod with raw cabbage, lime, and crema. it's a southern California and Baja staple. I personally like fish to taste like fish. Also, fish are really tasty.

Cookie, actually. With so much frosting the cookie split in half when i picked it up.
