First get the ingredients together - I made 2 different recipes, one with cream and one without
For the recipe without cream you will need:
500ml vodka
5 mars bars
An empty 70cl bottle - Sadly i had to finish the whisky off in the bottle first
For the recipe with cream:
400ml vodka
4 mars bars
300ml double cream
An empty 1litre bottle
Cut the chocolate up into small bits:

Put the cut up chocolate in a pyrex or heatproof dish ontop of a pan of boiling water and stir until melted - the nougat takes a bit longer to melt so make sure its all smooth:

Turn the heat down and slowly add the vodka stiring all the time until u have a runny chocolaty mixture - dont let it boil:

Allow to cool slightly and bottle:

For the recipe with cream:
Not much difference really. Mix the cream and the chocolate at the start and melt in the same fashion:

Take the melted chocolate and cream off the heat and allow to cool before adding the vodka:

You then just have to put them in the freezer and they should thicken up a little but not set. Mines in at the moment but will be tried and photographed in the next couple of days
